    Goals for the ABR course are to 1) Prepare real estate professionals to thoroughly represent buyer-clients in real estate transactions and provide the quality of service and degree of fidelity to buyers that sellers have customarily enjoyed; 2) Offer ideas and methods for building a buyer-representation business; and 3) Develop a self-customized tool for conducting a buyer counseling session.

    This is a two-day, 15-hour course. It is Pennsylvania State Real Estate Commission authorized for 1 credit towards broker's license requirements. Depending on Commission requirements issued during any renewal cycle it has the potential to fulfill up to 14 hours of mandatory continuing education for salesperson's or broker's license renewal.

    Additional Policies for this Class:

    • $15 reservation fee charged to register and reserve spot.
    • Fee is refundable upon ADEQUATE COMPLETION of the class AS SCHEDULED. It is non-transferrable to another class date, time, etc, nor is it a tuition credit.
    • Within one week of completion of the course, each student will be refunded to the same card used for payment. Fee cannot be refunded to another card; must be card used for payment.
    • Fee falls under our services and fees policy, which is NO REFUND, NO TRANSFER except as specifically outlined above for successful completion.
    • Students who complete the class under this registration are NOT eligible to take it more than once.
    • Upgrading to broker credit: There is NO OPTION to pay to upgrade to an option that has PA transcript for broker credit after 3:00 p.m. on Day 1 of the scheduled class. If you want PA credit of some kind, or think you might in the future, you must pay the broker transcript fee no later than that time.
